Piazza Pet of the Week

As part of the Piazza Auto Group, Piazza Acura of Ardmore sponsors the Piazza Pet of the Week. The PSPCA will bring an adoptable cat or dog to the studio of WPHT-AM every week. The morning show, which is hosted by Chris Stigall, introduces a lovable pet to their listeners.

The PSPCA is the largest and most comprehensive humane society in Pennsylvania! Everyone is encouraged to get involved and help save lives - Adopt, Foster, Donate, or Volunteer!

Check out Leila in the video below! Delilah is still available for adoption!

 Leila
Leila is a two year old Pittie Mix. She is very sweet and happy despite her rough life so far. Leila was found on the side of the road with a gaping head wound by a Good Samaritan. The PSPCA's Humane Law Enforcement Team brought her in right away and she had surgeries to close her head wound and also remove her right eye. It is not known yet what happened to this sweet girl, but the main goal is to find her a great forever family to love!

 Ace - Adopted!!
Ace is a five year old Chihuahua Mix. He has a few medical challenges. Ace has a heart murmur and an ocular ulcer that requires eye drops. Other than these challenges, he is the perfect pup! Ace is super sweet and he can go into any home with children of all ages! Ace can be a little barky with other dogs, so it may be best for him to be the only pet. Stop by the shelter today and see if Ace is the dog for you.

 Delilah
Delilah is a two month old domestic short hair kitten. She is super cute and playful! Delilah is affectionate and has a lot of energy. This sweet girl's eyelids are slightly abnormal and may require surgery or lifetime eye drops as she gets older. Come meet this sweet kitten today!

 Natasha - Adopted!!
Natasha is a one year old Pittie/Labrador Retriever Mix. She was rescued by the PSPCA's Humane Law Enforcement Team just last week. Natasha is the sweetest dog, but she can be a little shy when you first meet. Don't worry she will warm up quickly to you! This amazing dog is excited to meet her forever family!

 Tia - Adopted!!
Tia is a one year old grey tabby cat. She was brought to the PSPCA as a stray by a Good Samaritan. Tia is the friendliest feline! She is very sweet and cannot wait to find her forever home. Tia does suffer from a mild neurological condition that makes her gait irregular - she walks funny. This sweet cat is ready to go home!

 Daisy - Adopted!!
Daisy is a three year old Pocket Pittie/Cane Corso Mix. She is house trained and crate trained! Daisy has a serious little face, but she is super joyful with her favorite people. Right now she is living in a foster home because the kennels were stressing her out. So far her foster mom says she is a very good girl. She is even getting along with her foster brother, Henry (he's a dog!) Daisy should be in adult-only homes. Interested? Email gkocher@pspca.org.

 Colt - Adopted!!
Colt is a 2 year old Pit Bull Terrier Mix. Colt is sweet and gentle and he loves to take naps. Colt is the biggest fan of peanut butter. He is a real charmer with his big beautiful eyes and handsome face. You can meet Colt at the shelter anytime. Colt would love to find his forever family soon!
