I've been coming here since 2008 and they never disappoint. Everyone is super professional and nice and I will always continue to come back. Tom and the other service professionals provide an unmatched service. I love Piazza Acura and my Acura RDX which is a 2008 but still runs like a well oiled machine!

 Thank you! After a 10 years of not owning an Acura, (I had 3 before), I am back. I obtained a new Acura this past Saturday with Steve. He was a fine salesperson and treated my wife and myself with great dignity. The whole experience was great! I have had many cars in my life and this was the most enjoyable car buying experience in over 40 years of buying a new car. The finance department was great and it was a very easy and fun time. Perfect experience dropping off a flat tire from my TSX and getting it repaired. Tom, my service advisor had the tire taken from my trunk and sent to the tire expert. Tire was professionally patched, wheel re-balanced and the lot attendant put the repaired tire back in my trunk for me to mount later when I got home. Courteous, prompt, efficient, quick checkout and payment. They 'get' the great service experience here. The reason why I have bought two Acuras at Piazza Acura of Ardmore!

Business dealings with Piazza Acura of Ardmore and specifically Billy Donahue was a pleasure. The entire staff managed the car purchase process quickly, efficiently and professionally. We got the RDX in the color and options we wanted. Negotiations were fair and quick. We had lunch at the KOP mall, while they prepped the car. Delivered on the same day. What more could I ask? I will definitely consider them again if I decide to buy another Acura.

Service reps are really good at customer service. They are very helpful and does excellent job explaining anything you need help with. Scott is the guy you wanna look for when you go there, also Ryan or Brian is also super friendly and helpful. It's a very friendly environment. Look for Scott whenever you go there next because he knows a lot about car. I go there at least mostly every 2 to 3 months and they are always happy to have you as a customer. Also they don't feel bother If you call them for help. Keep up the good work Scott and the crew...

The sales force procured the car we wanted in the color we wanted on our timeline and expedited delivery to us. Our salesman Adam Bertles did a good job pointing out the new features of the car not in our current Acura, and set up all the custom features efficiently to accommodate our schedule. The staff and representatives at Piazza are the best. I had scheduled an appointment for a state inspection in March with the knowledge of having a medical appointment one hour later. Bad timing on my part, but the Piazza team did their best, completed the inspection and got us out in time to make our hospital appointment on time. I felt like I was in Disney. I called for a quick service visit and they got me right in the Q. I went to lunch with the expectation of 1 hour for service, oil change, and tire rotation. I  was called to retrieve the car 50 minutes later. What more could you ask for? The car is running properly and I have no complaints. Also, the car was washed and vacuumed.
