Piazza Pet of the Week

As part of the Piazza Auto Group, Piazza Acura of Ardmore sponsors the Piazza Pet of the Week. The PSPCA will bring an adoptable cat or dog to the studio of WPHT-AM every week. The morning show, which is hosted by Chris Stigall, introduces a lovable pet to their listeners.

The PSPCA is the largest and most comprehensive humane society in Pennsylvania! Everyone is encouraged to get involved and help save lives - Adopt, Foster, Donate, or Volunteer!

Check out Sleepy in the video below! Big Boy is still available for adoption!

Sleepy is an 8 year old Chihuahua mix. Sleepy is friendly and social and has lived with many dogs in his lifetime! Sleepy would do best in a home with older children. He cannot wait to find his forever home, as he has been with the PSPCA since July. Come meet Sleepy today!
 Baby - Adopted!!
Baby is a 6 year old Pit Bull Terrier Mix. She is super sweet and social and her adoption fee is waived! Baby is part of Ruppies Puppies, the Cameron Rupp sponsored group of animals. All Baby needs is a loving forever home! She would best fit in a home with respectful older children. Come meet her today!
 Big Boy
Big Boy is a 6 year old Terrier Mix ready to find his forever family! He is one of the PSPCA's longest term residents, but is really a pretty awesome dog! Big Boy would love to be your running buddy, snuggle buddy, and people watching pal. Big Boy is already crate trained and would do best in a cat-free home with teenagers and older. Come meet him at the PSPCA!
 Beauty - Adopted!!
Beauty is a pretty two year old Pittie Mix. She can't wait to give all of her love to her forever family. Beauty is super sweet, social, and friendly. She loves being around people and other doggies just the same! Beauty is a great candidate for a home with children 5 years old and up! Come meet this beautiful girl today!
 Taz - Adopted!!
Taz is the perfect dog! Taz is a 9 year old Pittie Mix. He is gentle and loving and the shelter's "go-to" pup for promotional events. Taz is always on his best behavior and he loves everyone - from children to Seniors! Taz goes on group walks and he loves other dogs. Taz could go into a home with another dog or two. He is house-trained, used to living in a home, and ready to find his forever family!
 Fiona - Adopted!!
Fiona is a 4 month old Selkirk Rex kitten. Selkirk Rex is a type of breed that emerged in England in the 1960s characterized by slender bodies, short wavy hair, and large ears. Fiona is a sweet little kitten ready to find her forever family!
 Taylor - Adopted!!
Taylor is a 7 year old Rottweiler. She is a sweetheart! Taylor lived with her family for her whole life. She was recently surrendered due to a new baby. Taylor is still very active and she is good with older children and strangers. Taylor is friendly and would love to find her forever home as soon as possible.
 Roo - Adopted!!
This sweet 4-year-old Pittie Mix is Roo! She was pulled from the city shelter as part of the PSPCA's Richard Lichter program, which allows the PSPCA to take dogs with solvable medical conditions into their care. She is a playful, gentle girl and greets everyone she meets with nothing but love. She is friendly and social, and for that reason can go into nearly any home. She is also playful and tolerant of other dogs, and would do well with other pups with the same play style.
 Pearl - Adopted!!
Pearl is a 3 year old Pittie Mix. She is beautiful and happy and ready to find her forever home! Pearl came to the PSPCA through a cruelty case but she still has a smile on her face. Pearl loves to meet new people and make new friends. Pearl loves other dogs too! She would like to have another dog to run and play with. Pearl would be a great fit in a home with older children. Come see this pretty girl today!
