"Absolute Best Car Buying Experience! "

I would like to take this opportunity to recognize Mr. Matthew Wendelken and Mr. Scott Topping.  Mr. Wendelken was great to deal with and he certainly helped make my decision a very easy one.  I had a wonderful experience dealing with him at Piazza Acura of Ardmore!  Mr. Wendelken never pressured me into getting the 2013 Acura TL and he worked with me to make an affordable deal.  His type of approach is easy going, no pressure and relaxing experience.  I might add that Mr. Wendelken is the best salesman that I have ever dealt with!  In addition, Mr. Scott Topping was great to work with, as he also offered me several options to add to the car and I chose the maintenance plan.  He even discounted the 36 month maintenance plan and the cost was added into monthly payments and this was also very affordable.  This was a very good decision on my part, because when I get my car serviced, I don't have to pay for any maintenance costs.  Mr. Topping will do whatever he can to help make the financing aspect more affordable and he is also wonderful to work with!  Piazza Acura of Ardmore is always looking out for the customer and they do their best to retain their customers and new customers such as myself.  For me, money is a little tight these days and having the costs put into my  monthly payments was a very wise move on my part, paying upfront for maintenance is good to do, because chances are that there will no additional cost for any additional maintenance, because getting an Acura is a superior car and a very wise choice!  All in all, my visit with Acura was very enjoyable and relaxing and I have Mr. Wendelken to thank for that!  Mr. Wendelken and Mr. Topping are fine gentlemen and are true assets to Piazza Acura of Ardmore!  I have never been to a dealership quite like this, as most dealership experiences that I have had were not as memorable as this!  Other dealerships have pitbulls as salespeople and they pressure you into anything that they can sell or lease to you, just to make a sale!  On this note, I would definitely recommend Piazza Acura of Ardmore, just because of their sales people and the professional way that they conduct business with their customers, not to mention that their dealership is very elegant and immaculate and the staff is so very friendly and accommodating!  Piazza Acura of Ardmore gets two thumbs up and ten stars from me; number one dealership that I have ever dealt with!  One final thought, Mr. Wendelken went out of his way and took the time out of his busy schedule to assist me in returning my previous car to another dealership, because my lease was due to expire.  The salesmen at the other dealership were just like cold fish to me and Mr. Wendelken.  They told me to make an appointment to return the car and to come back at another time.  I told them I cannot drive two cars home and I needed to return the car to their dealership.  Finally, a salesman came out to assist me, he was helpful, but was also a very cold fish.  You will never find this kind of unprofessional treatment at Piazza Acura of Ardmore and this is one of the many reasons why they have won me over as a customer!  My business now belongs to Piazza Acura of Ardmore and I thank everyone for the wonderful experience that I encountered with them!

Like most people, I was dreading the thought of the purchase of a new vehicle.  Dishonest car salesman, high pressure pitches, wasting an entire day at the dealership ... This is not the case at Piazza Acura of Ardmore.  From the second I requested an online quote to driving off the lot, I could not have been more pleased with the quality of customer service and attention that I received from Jamie and Scott.  Whenever I had a question, Jamie was quick to respond almost immediately, via phone or email, even on his day off or after 9pm.  He worked with me in getting the price I wanted on my new vehicle, he had all of the paperwork ready and sent me to Scott to sign and be on my way.  Scott was very professional and helpful, and actually ended up getting me a better interest rate than I initially anticipated.  Talk about going above and beyond to help their customers.  At no point during the entire process (dealing with Jamie or Scott) did I feel pressured or that I was being taken advantage of.  Their honestly and genuine desire to help me made me feel confident in my purchase.  I would highly recommend this dealership if you are looking for a new or used Acura.

My wife bought her Acura MDX at Piazza and was thoroughly pleased with her experience from start to finish.  She suggested that I visit to see the selection and get information on the automobiles that Piazza Acura has.  Being the skeptic I am, I visited Piazza and was pleasingly surprised at the way business is conducted there.  Unlike other car dealerships I was able to deal directly with Kevin, no back and forth from the manager to the finance guy, to negotiate on the Acura of my choice.  Kevin Lee helped me to feel comfortable by answering all of my questions for all of the models I was interested in.  I did not feel like a number with a dollar sign above my head.  I did not feel I was being pressured into a car or options that I did not need.  I got the impression that customer service really does mean something at Piazza Acura.  I will recommend Piazza Acura to all my friends who are considering buying an automobile.  The finance manager, Scott Topping, was a true people person.  His professionalism was by far one of the best I had the pleasure of dealing with.  I will be back to buy my next car from Piazza.

"Great Involvement"

I had a wonderful experience at Piazza Acura of Ardmore.  I have purchased many cars throughout the years, but this recent purchase stood out to me the most.  From the moment I walked into the dealership, I was greeted by the General Manager, Randy.  In all my purchases I have never personally met the General Manager.  My salesperson, Matt, was wonderful as well.  He explained in depth every option the car had.  Being an older women, I am not so "techno" I have a feeling I will be purchasing an ipod shortly though!  Again, I wanted to thank everyone at Piazza Acura of Ardmore for a positive sales experience, I will surely be sending referrals your way!

"Great Prices at Piazza Acura"

We have purchased two Acuras from Piazza Acura of Ardmore since 2006 and thought your service was really good and we also received a very good price.  The 2006 Acura TL, which I purchased, was a demo, and I purchased it in July 2006.  The car has only been serviced by Acura.  The TL now has 103,000 miles and starting to think about trading it in, possibly for the new 2012 TL.  The second car that we purchased from Piazza is a 2007 RDX.  We have had great experiences at Piazza Acura of Ardmore!

I must say my experience with the Piazza dealership and Service Center has been very positive!  I do appreciate the responsiveness and friendliness of everyone working at the dealership and service center.  I have been coming to Piazza Acura for the past 4 years at first for purchasing and servicing my 2007 MDX and then trading that in to leasing the 2010 MDX.  I had worked with Jamie for the trade and lease last August and it was a very smooth transition with absolutely no pressure.  Everything happened as Jamie explained.  He was very helpful in ensuring I received all that I wanted in the new MDX lease.  The service center employees are awesome!  Any work that needs to be done is explained very clearly and in layman's terms.  Ryan Tepper usually handles my account when I need to come in and always makes sure all is taken care of accurately and as quickly and reasonably priced.  I know when I drive off the lot, I will not need to return the next day because something was missed.  I have listened to many friends tell me horror stories regarding their car dealer service center experiences (not Acura nor Piazza), and they are always surprised when I tell them my experience.  I absolutely love driving my MDX!  This car is fabulous...perfect blend of function, technology, and luxury!
